Jill Bowman

Meet Jill 

Growing up in Western Sydney, Jill has called several places home over the years, including the Central Coast and Carlingford, before relocating with her family to the Canberra region in 2017 to enjoy a quieter lifestyle. She is the proud mother of two daughters, with one recently beginning high school—a milestone she describes as the start of an exciting new rollercoaster ride.

Jill has built her career around a genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service. She began her working life as a teenager at The Cheesecake Shop, where Christmas meant selling hundreds of pavlovas to festive customers. After completing school, she commenced her professional career as a receptionist within the construction industry before progressing into accounts administration.

Her career then transitioned into the optical industry, where she became a qualified Optical Dispenser while continuing to develop her expertise in administration and accounts. Her growing passion for finance and business operations led her to complete a Certificate in Bookkeeping in 2018, further strengthening her financial management skills.

Jill joined Twenty20 Risk Navigators in February 2023 as Finance Manager and has played an integral role in supporting the growth of the business. Working closely with Brett, Qian, Candice and the wider team, she has helped strengthen the business behind the scenes while ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.

In December 2024, Jill expanded her responsibilities by taking on the additional role of Client Experience Manager. This position allows her to combine her extensive customer service background with her passion for creating positive client experiences. As a great listener with a calm and caring nature, Jill is dedicated to reducing stress for clients and ensuring every interaction with Twenty20 Risk Navigators is professional, supportive and enjoyable.

Outside of work, family is at the centre of Jill's life. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughters, whether it's swimming, camping, exploring new places, or supporting her children's education and extracurricular activities—particularly cheering on her youngest daughter at gymnastics.

Living the Twenty20 Risk Navigators values of supporting the community, Jill is passionate about volunteering and giving back. She regularly volunteers at her daughters' schools and with the local PCYC, reflecting her commitment to helping others both professionally and personally.

When she manages to find some spare time, Jill enjoys reading, completing puzzles, and embracing family Lego-building projects with her daughters.
