Candice Gordon-Kelly

Candice joins Twenty20 Risk Navigators bringing with her over 12 years of experience from the Children’s Services sector. During her time within this sector, Candice focussed on rebuilding and creating efficient and effective systems, processes and relationships across multiple companies, teams, and community. This led to a deeper passion of building positive people culture, environments, strong communication for clients, community, and a variety of business partnerships. It is through this passion of wanting to help businesses in building strong staff culture and customer experience that Candice made the decision to leave her career in Children’s Service and commence studying a double degree in Business Management and Human Resources which she anticipates completing by the end of 2021. Outside of her love of spending time with her husband and daughter, Candice has a great love of the arts especially music and dance.
